Returns & Warranty
Straightforward terms for returns, replacements, and how we stand behind every component that leaves the shop.
Start with an RA Number
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns. To request one, email mason@cmiarchery.com. Your RA# will be emailed back to you so you can return the product to us. If you don't receive an RA# within 24 hours of emailing, please give us a call.
Does CMI Have A Warranty?
CMI Archery products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
CMI Archery does not warrant or make any representations concerning its products when not installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the maintenance practices of the archery industry. CMI Archery will not be liable for labor charges or other intangible or consequential losses that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, nor shall we be liable for damages or injury to any persons or property resulting from the misuse or improper installation of any part subject to this warranty.
CMI Archery reserves the right to examine all parts returned for warranty claim to determine whether or not such part has failed because of a defect in material or workmanship. CMI Archery's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing, or crediting — at our option — any part found to be defective.
All transportation charges on the return of warranty parts must be prepaid by the customer. There are no other warranties either expressed or implied which extend beyond those set forth in the preceding paragraphs.
